In the realm of international security, Pakistan’s collaborative efforts have been recognised on the global stage. US President Donald Trump, in his recent address to Congress, lauded Pakistan for its instrumental role in apprehending Mohammad Sharifullah, the key suspect behind the 2021 Kabul airport bombing. This joint operation, based on intelligence shared by the CIA, not only brings justice to the victims but also signifies the robust cooperation between Pakistan and the US in combating terrorism.
On the domestic front, the successful hosting of the Champions Trophy bears witness to Pakistan’s capability to organise major international sporting events. The tournament concluded without any incidents, with foreign teams expressing immense satisfaction over their experience.
